For this little dessert cake I crushed and cut salty almonds into chunky pieces. Then I took some really juicy and fresh dates and I basically just mushed it all together and this became my base. For icing I mixed mascapone (you can also use a Philidelphia type cheese, I tried it and that was good too) with a coconut and passonfruit jam (you can also use fresh passionfruit and coconut mixmastered together . It was a really easy, really fast and healthy dessert! Its perfect if you are making for many people at a party or event. You can also make half size pieces for a easy one bite catering dessert;) Hope you like ;)
